2015 Intl Year of Soils and the Simple Truth to the Very Basic of Thai LOGISTICs

Is it too complicated for us now,
to just simply go by ‘COMMON SENSE’,
to have ‘Urban and Regional Planning’ set forth ‘Topographicly’
whereas ‘Plantation Zoning’ made conforming to the ‘9 ORDERS of SIAMESE SOIL TAXONOMY’? ???
 .. at the very first pace to Thailand Reform ???
THIS should have been THE VERY BASIC RULE OF LOGISTIC FOR LIVES AND ENViRONMENT.
