History tells democracy and self-sufficiency must go together from the start to 'fulfillment'..  Be generous to the truth - democracy's never been successfully implemented on earth ..  IT's JUST A DREAM ..we are making it real by resurrection of eastern world civilization via buddhism logic and practice..
